Orders & Payments
Full payment is required at checkout for all shipping orders. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.
Shipping & Delivery
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Perishable Goods
Flowers are perishable products. Proper care upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Resolutions, if applicable, are offered at our discretion in the form of a replacement or store credit.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes made without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence, including order details, delivery confirmation, product photos, and policy agreements, to the payment processor to dispute any claim.
In cases where a chargeback is filed fraudulently or in bad faith, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds, associated fees, and any additional costs incurred.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by carriers, damage occurring after delivery, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or natural variations in floral products.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
