Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Method
All bouquets are shipped via 1–2 day shipping through carriers such as UPS or FedEx to ensure freshness upon arrival.

Delivery Dates & Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, exact delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. Flowers are perishable and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Upon Delivery
Flowers should be removed from packaging, stems trimmed, and placed in water immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for damage due to delayed opening or improper care after delivery.

Substitutions
Due to seasonal and supplier availability, specific flowers or shades may be substituted with the closest match while maintaining the overall design and quality.
