Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- the bouquet
- the packaging
- the shipping label
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will review and provide a resolution if applicable.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier (UPS / FedEx). However, we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders that are refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
